Our Satisfaction Guarantee - Returns
We stand behind every item we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the product in perfect condition in the original packaging with your invoice within 30 days from delivery date.
Please contact us for authorization before returning product, unauthorized returns will not be processed. Orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee within 30 days from delivery date. Orders returned past 30 days may be subject to a 25% restocking fee depending on the manufacturer terms and conditions. Refunds will be credited to the credit card or payment method used for purchase.
Tracking number and authorization must be provided via email to sales@idesign-lighting.com. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise. Customer will be provided with return address for shipping.
Exchange Policy
Customers requesting to exchange an item will be requested to return the product as indicated above and place a new order for the desired product. Once the original item has been received and processed, a refund will be issued to the credit card or payment method used in the original purchase.
We use the latest technology for security and privacy when ordering over the Internet. If you are still uncertain about placing your credit card online and do not want to provide your credit card number on our website, please call us. If you do not have access to a computer, you may also order by phone, fax or mail.
